Miller Medical Supplies is now in it's 15th year of operation. What started out as a family concern selling mainly drug and alcohol testing kits has now flourished into a company with over 4000 products.

Still a family run business headed up by Mike Bassett, Miller Medical's focus is customer satisfaction and personel service which you may not always get with large corporate suppliers.

When possible, Miller have invested in making their order process as streamlined as possible such as our accounts package which integrates with our website so customers can build individual shopping lists with the products they need regularly.

Quality has been our main focus as well as loyalty to suppliers and for instance, we have been with the same paper, glove, single use instrument and point of care test manufacturers for over 10 years which has built stability and confidence in the brands we sell.

We are acutely aware of the pressure of price and believe in a balanced approach to cost and quality and look closely at the in-cost of using products rather than the price alone. Companies that focus only on price and sell on price matching, sometimes short change customers as not all products are like for like, see our section on paper products as examples.

We operate from two warehouses in Newport South Wales and are proud to offer employment to 12 outstanding personnel with whom the majority have been with us for many years. Our customers are the most important part of our business and with hard work and a flexible approach we hope we never give them a reason to leave.
